Easter Tree of Remembrance for star children

The Easter Tree of Remembrance is another heartfelt project of our non-profit organization Wandelstern. Every year during the Easter season, it stands in a central location at the town hall in Klagenfurt and is ceremoniously opened together with the Easter market.

Easter stands for hope, new beginnings and light. For families of star children, however, this time is often also associated with quiet longing. The Easter Tree of Remembrance creates a visible place of remembrance – right in the heart of the city.

As with the Tree of Remembrance, Wandelstern provides free tags here as well, which can be individually designed. Parents, siblings and relatives can give their star child a place that shows: You are part of our family. You are part of our community.

Every tag on the Easter Tree stands for a beloved life – carried by memory, love and hope.

With the Easter Tree of Remembrance, we are sending a joint message: star children are not forgotten. Their light remains – especially in a season that stands for new beginnings and confidence.
